Father & Son Business
Founded as RW Keys Decorating, Inc. - Roger Keys honed his skills starting at age 14 when he apprenticed with Collins Decorating and attended Washburn Trade School in Chicago. Roger has perfected his skills in hundreds of homes, churches, public facilities, and commercial businesses throughout the Midwest. Other accomplishments range from a board member for Illinois Association of Historic Preservations Commisions, the past president of Ellwood House Association and a consultant/docent trainer for the Glidden Homes Association.

Since the early years, he has brought on his son, Matthew Keys adding to the list of skills an expert welder and metal worker. Matthew is also a highly skilled wood worker and craftsman who learned from one of the best -- his "old man."
